The Curious Case of the Perfect Package
I designed and developed this interactive Storyline game as part of a longer course for customer service agents in the Telecom industry. This game teaches the consultative sales approach in a fun, mystery-themed format. Learners uncover “clues” by asking strong, open-ended questions, then use those clues to match fictional customers with the best fictional TV package. The game combines scenario-based learning, drag-and-drop interactions, and immediate feedback to reinforce skills while keeping engagement high.
